I can not say enough great things about New England Funeral & Cremation Center. Darlene and her team made an incredibly difficult time a beautiful process and honored my fathers last wishes. Everything from the moment of prearrangement to the service went exactly as planned. My family is in Ethiopia and the services was live-streamed for them all to see which was great as they could not attend. Thank you again for everything you did for me and my family. I truly appreciate you all!

As a classmate and friend of Worku at South Hadley High, I saw firsthand just how nice he was. As a team mate on the soccer team I realized he was the best player we had. Even at a young age it was obvious what a wonderful person he was and such a loss to anyone who knew him.

From the moment I entered your establishment, I was met with a courteous welcome and loving, warm atmosphere to calm peaceful surroundings to your beautiful staff. It takes special people to do your job and I will always be grateful for all you've done for me. You transitioned everything for me in a very compassionate, caring and professional manner. Not once, did I ever feel left out of the loop. You went above and beyond what I could have expected. I did not have a chance to thank you for everything after the funeral. Please let your staff know how much we appreciate them going above on their duties. Everything was lovely.
