South Hadley – Yvon J. Lusignan, 82, passed away on September 10, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center.
Born in Canada on June 15, 1935 to Wilfred and Blanche (Vachon) Lusignan, he had retired as a machinist from Mestek Inc. He and his wife Rosalie (Sheehan) Lusignan loved the Cape and spent many days biking on Martha’s Vineyard.
He will be fondly remembered by his wife, sons Mark (Joanne) of Holyoke, Brian (Lois) of VT, and Kevin Lusignan of Chicopee and his partner Trisha; daughters Lori Andrews (James) of FL and Sherri Lusignan (Lisa) of Worcester and Lisa Maloney (Tim) of VT; daughter-in-law Leeann Whalley, brother Norman (Muriel), sister-in-law Debbie Dufresne, cousin Ron Vachon (Diane), twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, other family and his beloved dog Daisy. He was predeceased by his son Robbie and two brothers Robert and Marcel.
