William R. "Renny" Jessup

RUSSELL-William R. “Renny” Jessup, 71, died suddenly on January 20, 2011 at Holyoke Medical Center in Holyoke, MA. William was born on July 8, 1939 in Southampton, NY to the late Albert W. and Eleanor (Jones) Jessup. A veteran of the United States Air Force where he was employed as a mechanic, he will be remembered by all as a generous, big- hearted man who was eager to help everyone and who always thought of others before himself. He leaves his brother: Clifford E. Jessup and his wife, Martha, of Russell, MA; sister: Joanne Wallace and her husband, Rudy, of Ashville, NC; several cousins, nieces, nephews, a great niece and his favorite aunt, Lois Andrews, of Watermill, NY. According to his wishes, cremation will take place on Monday, January 24, 2011. Service details will be announced in the near future. Burial will follow on Long Island in the Spring at Southampton Cemetery, Southampton, NY. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA is assisting the family.
