William E. Desmarais

William E. Desmarais, 56, of Palmer, MA died on December 9, 2009 in Baystate Medical Center. He was born on August 12, 1953 to William X. Desmarais, now deceased, and Ruth E. Mason, formerly Ruth E. (Trombly) Desmarais. He is survived by his parents Ruth and John Mason. An avid Patriots’ fan, William greatly enjoyed motorcycles. William’s loving partner Mary Watson of Palmer, MA will greatly miss him, as will his daughters Marcy Ann Desmarais of Greenville, South Carolina and Christine Nowak and her husband Ben of Brookline, New Hampshire. William also leaves his four brothers: George Desmarais and his wife Dawn of Brimfield, MA, Edward Desmarais of Belchertown, MA, Warren Mundell of Brimfield, MA, and John Mason and his wife Mary Jo of Brimfield, MA; and leaves his sister Rose Marie Bessette of Gilbertville, MA. William also leaves three grandchildren: Marissa Lipscomb, Mia Nowak and Ben Nowak. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC entrusted with arrangements.
