William Leroy Daggett

William Leroy Daggett, 90, of Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away on February 5, 2025 at the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke. Born on July 13, 1934 in Pembroke, Maine to the late Donald and Helen (Thompson) Daggett, William served in the United States Navy in the Korean war. For many years he was a machine operator at Wireland Products. He loved fishing, the outdoors, traveling to Maine and trips to Foxwoods Casino. He is survived by his two sons: Gary Daggett and his partner Irene Skoczylas of West Brookfield, MA and Barry Daggett of Feeding Hills, MA, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Gisele Lamsey. Family and friends are invited to gather at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, 25 Mill Street, Springfield on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 9:00AM to process to the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA for a service with Military Honors.
