WILBRAHAM – Walter S. Palm, 96, beloved husband, father and friend passed away on January 24, 2016. Born on September 2, 1919 in Westbrook, CT, to the late Francis and Fannie (Stokes) Palm, he had worked at Crane Co. in Indian Orchard for 42 years.
He will be sadly missed by his cherished wife of 71 years, Dorothy (Moon) Palm of Wilbraham and his children; Carol Cassida of Wilbraham, Craig Palm of Springfield, Robin Palm and his wife Martha of Springfield, Donald Palm of FL; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held February 6, 2016 at 10 AM at Evangelical Covenant Church, 915 Plumtree Road, Springfield. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA has been entrusted with arrangements. www.nefcc.net
