Valerie Bigelow

Born August 1, 1955, in Springfield, Massachusetts, graduated from Trade High in 1973, resided in Springfield, Massachusetts all her life, the daughter of Arthur and Anita Bigelow, now deceased, lived with Charles Akers for thirty-two years and had a son Christian Bigelow and two grandchildren Gabriel and Jasmine. She lived with her partner Rene LaBrecque for seven years. She leaves a goddaughter, Laurie Campolo from Smyrna, Tennessee, four siblings; Pamela Smaha and husband Edward from Enfield, Connecticut, Bruce Bigelow and Lona from Prescott, Arizona, Paula Sausser and Adam from Ellensburg, Washington, and Craig Bigelow from Springfield, Massachusetts. She leaves seven nieces and nephews. She loved riding on motorcycles, refinishing furniture and going to tag sales. She lived life large and she will be sorely missed.
