Tod M. Hart

Tod Marshall Hart, 56, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MA passed away on January 12, 2024 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his family. Born in Westfield, Massachusetts on February 17, 1967 to James and Sandra (Deforge) Hart, Tod worked for many years as a chef and enjoyed golfing, fishing, spending time with his family in Maine and watching football. The Pittsburg Steelers were his passion. Tod had a large personality and touched many lives. Tod was always there to help any friend in need. If you knew Tod, he loved to give everyone nicknames including all his animals. He loved his German Shepherd Cooper (Crazy Dog). Tod is predeceased by his mother Sandra (Deforge) Hart and his grandmother, Betty Jean Morris. He is survived by his wife Dawn M. (Fazio) Hart of Springfield, MA, his son Anthony Hart and his Fiancé Rebecca Krukowski of Westfield, MA, his father James Hart of Springfield, MA, two brothers: Brian and Corey Hart of Springfield, MA, his sister Vicki Clarke and her husband Jeffrey of Agawam, MA, his brother-in-law Tony Fazio and his wife Chrissy of Longmeadow, MA and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
