SPRINGFIELD-Thomas M. “Muldoon” Forgotch, 67, died at home surrounded by his family on February 23, 2012. Born on August 5, 1944 in Springfield, MA, he had worked as an auto mechanic at Sixteen Acres Mobil. He loved baseball, NASCAR and camping in Rhode Island.
He leaves his wife, Christine (McGuiness) Forgotch of Springfield, MA; sons: Thomas Forgotch of FL, Michael and Matthew Forgotch of Springfield, MA; daughters: Cheryl Mumley, Kimberly Forgotch and Randy Johnson, Tracy Forgotch and Carmine Vincelette all of Springfield, MA; sisters: Theresa Trongone (Thomas) of NH and Susan Arsenault of West Springfield, MA; grandchildren: Sheila and Andrew Mumley, Jesse and Alicia Fernandes, Madelyn and Matthew Forgotch and Ashton and Christian Johnson; great grandchild, Emmalina; sisters-in-law: Kathleen Gallant of Ocala, FL, Maureen Lapierre (Robert) of Feeding Hills, MA, Colleen Murgolo (James) of Springfield, MA, Agnes-Eileen Taylor (James) of Ocala, FL, Michele Ellis (George) of Springfield, MA; brother-in-law: Steven Arsenault of Westfield, MA; many nieces, nephews and other family members.
His funeral will be on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill St., Springfield. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, February 27, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
