Springfield – Thelbert Martin Callands, Sr. passed away at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on July 11, 2017.He is survived by his children Thelbert M. Callands, Jr., and Tamora Callands Ashade (Joseph); siblings: Orlando Callands (Marlene), David Callands, and Shirley Harris of CT; wife Nancy Jones Callands and a host of other family members. The funeral will be on July 15, 2017 at Zion Community Baptist Church, 1140 Roosevelt Ave., Springfield, MA with visitation from 9 -10AM and a service to follow.
