Susan B. (Morris) Baral, 81, a twenty-three-year Springfield, MA resident, passed away on April 27, 2023 at Mercy Medical Center.
She was born on August 25, 1941 in St. Louis, MO, a daughter of the late Guy Morris and Josephine (Pfifer) Lorton.
Previously of Port St. Lucie, FL, she was the proprietor of the Orange Superette for many years, a cashier at Cumberland Farms and was an aspiring hairdresser in her days. She is survived by her children: Kirk Jasko and his wife Lisa and Samuel Baral, both of West Springfield, MA and Darin Baral and his wife Nadia of Easthampton, MA. she also leaves her sister Diane Throckmorton and her husband Max of California and five grandchildren: Mason, Gavin, Christopher, Barry and Piper and two great grandchildren Arianna and Phoebee.
She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Baral.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
