Stephanie J. Judd

SPRINGFIELD, MA – Stephanie Jane Judd, 60, died suddenly Sunday, August 4, from injuries sustained in a car accident. She leaves behind her son, Joshua, and his wife, Tiffany; her mother Jane H. Judd; brother Peter Judd, and his wife, Myra; sister Lori Salz, and her fiancé, Brian Cohen; brother David Judd, and his wife, Elaine; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers, all of whom she cared very deeply about. Stephanie was pre-deceased by her father, Charles Judd, and her sister, Kristen Judd. Stephanie graduated from Classical High School ('71) and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Rhode Island College. She worked as a crisis clinician for Behavioral Health Network. One of her many assignments was to counsel some of the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing. She also volunteered for the American Red Cross. A memorial service for friends and family will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Society at 245 Porter Lake Drive, Springfield, MA 01106 on August 17, 2013 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Society or the American Red Cross.
