Sonia (Villegas) Antunes, 60, died on September 19, 2020. Born September 10, 1960 in Montenegro, Colombia, to the late Oscar and Margarita Villegas, she was a warm, loving person who will be remembered for her fantastic cooking.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Carl Antunes; children: William Villegas and Margarita Antunes; father and mother-in-law Carl C. and Lucille Antunes, all of Chicopee; siblings Roberto and Diego of Colombia; Irma of New Jersey and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private and a remembrance will be held at a late date. For those who wish memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children – Springfield, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
