Skylar Azzarito "Darlene Mercadante"

FEEDING HILLS-Skylar Azzarito, 51, previously known as Darlene Mercadante, passed unexpectedly on April 2, 2013. Born on September 24, 1961 in Holyoke, MA, she had worked as a cosmetologist and in the health field. She will be remembered as a glamorous woman who appreciated beauty in everything which was reflected in her home. She was an exceptional mother devoted to her children. She leaves her children, Jillian Maryann Mercadante of Springfield, MA and Michael Rocco Mercadante II of West Springfield, MA; her brothers, Kenneth Towsley and Sherman “Skip” Towsley; her sister, Margaret Towsley; her step father, James Brady and many other family members. The funeral will be on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 12NOON at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill St., Springfield, MA with a wake from 10:30AM until 12NOON.
