SPRINGFIELD - Simone Letendre, 90, died September 1, 2009 in Springfield. Simone was born in Canada and was a Roman Catholic and a Lay Dominican.
Predeceased by her husband, Wilfred Letendre, she leaves a step-son, Nelson Letendre of Springfield; a sister, Lise Jobin of Canada; sister-in-law Rose Aimer Jobin of Canada and sister-in-law Jeannine Letendre of Springfield.
A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Church, Springfield. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC is entrusted with the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown MA 02472 or to the Dominican Laity of West Springfield, 1430 Riverdale Street West Springfield, MA 01089-4698.
