BELCHERTOWN – Sally A. (Codraro) Palmer, 71, passed away June 4, 2015 at home with her family at her side. She will be remembered as a spunky, caring and funny woman who provided foster care for many children. She was a nurse’s aide at the former Belchertown State School.
Predeceased by her husband, Charles Palmer and sister, Carolyn Napolitan, she leaves her sons James Galvin and Kevin Oliver of Belchertown, MA, daughter Tammy Hilbig and her husband Mark of Chicopee, MA, grandchildren Geoffrey, Toni Marie and Jesse Galvin, Bryan Oliver and Mark and Madison Hilbig, and her sister Marilyn Greiner.
