Ronald A. LaRue, 78, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a long illness.
He was born in Woonsocket, RI on December 31, 1942. He was the son of Alfred LaRue and Florence (Twining) LaRue. He is survived by his daughter Cindy LaRue (John Klein) of Ellington, CT, his son Glen LaRue (Nora) of Ware, MA and a sister Christine Patterson of Anchorage, AK. He was predeceased by his partner of 29 years, Trudy LaBrie.
Ron was previously employed for United Technologies Hamilton Standard Division as a quality engineer. He enjoyed boating and fishing at his camp in Otis and had a mobile home in Florida which he looked forward to during the winter months. Ron was a ham radio aficionado and enjoyed conversing with many friends around the world.
