Roger A. French

EAST LONGMEADOW - Roger A. French, 61, passed away on July 29, 2014. Roger attended school in Agawam, MA and for 25 years he worked at Packaging Service, Inc. in Agawam, 19 years as the General Manager and then 6 years as the Owner, retiring in 2010. Roger enjoyed nature, bird watching, fishing, golf, the ocean and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.


Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Corinna (Butler) French, he is survived by his wife Susan (Langford) French; his son David French of East Longmeadow; daughter, Jennifer Brauer and fiancé Richard Rodrigues of NY; grandchildren Mikayla, Marissa and Paul Brauer; brother Kenneth and Mary Lou French of Tuscon, AZ; sister Patricia and Joe Remillard of Chicopee; father-in-law, Robert Langford of FL; mother-in-law, Iris Lovekin of MA; sisters-in-law, Sally Haggerty of ME, Kim Glover of CT, Nancy Dearden (David) of PA, Roberta Langford of FL and his buddies John Haggerty and William “Woody” Woodward.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday August 8, 2014 at 2:00PM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield MA.
