Robert C. White

SPRINGFIELD-Robert White, 94, died peacefully in his sleep at home May 5, 2010. Bob was born in Fitzwilliam, NH and lived most of his life in Springfield, MA. He attended Northeastern University and was a member of the Carpenter’s Union. Bob still had strong ties to “White Grove” in Fitzwilliam and still had family and friends in NH. Bob will be missed by his only child, Richard White; his grandchildren, Cara White-Edwards, Corey White and Gabriella White; step granddaughter, Alexis Dimanche; great granddaughters, Grace and Ella Edwards; his friends Lauralyn and David Gurski and several nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his wife, Hazel (Worrell) and his four siblings, Silas, Grace, Violet and John. Bob lived a good life. He loved to travel and talk! There will be no calling hours; however a memorial service will be held for him over Memorial Day weekend at White Groves, Laurel Lake, Fitzwilliam, NH.
