CHICOPEE – Robert A. Jordan, Sr., 81, passed away May 12, 2016. Born in Northampton on October 10, 1934 to the late Clarence and Lucy (Powell) Jordan, he served in the United States Army National Guard and was a self-employed carpenter.

Predeceased by two brothers and a sister, he leaves his wife Constance (Peresada) Jordan of Chicopee; sons Robert Jordan, Jr. (Karen) of Trumbull, CT., Kevin Jordan (Gina) of Chicopee and Bruce Jordan (Maria) of Ludlow; daughter Cindy McMahon of MA; brother Kenneth Jordan (Delores) of RI; grandchildren Jennifer, Brian, Jeffrey, Matthew, Michael, Taylor and Jenna and great grandchildren Lily, Abbey and Luke.

A graveside service will be held on June 4, 2016 at 11 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA is handling the service with burial.
