Richard J. Russell

SPRINGFIELD – Richard Jay Russell, 45, died September 7, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Springfield and had been previously employed as a pipefitter for Smith Automatic Sprinkler.

He leaves his parents, Donald A. and Julia (Whitaker) Russell of Springfield; three siblings: Stephen Russell and his wife, Catherine Haber and their children, Nathan and Anna Marie Russell of South Hadley, Dana Russell of Springfield and his son, Jonathan Russell of Chicopee and Dawn Ferrari and her children, Christopher and Shawn of Chicopee.
