He was born in Springfield, on August 10, 1939, the son the late Lawrence and Loretta (Roy) Minie.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 5585 in Agawam, MA and enjoyed camping, photography, his dogs and trips to Ste.- Anne-de-Beaupre in Quebec, Canada with Ahearn Memorial Pilgrimages.
He leaves his sisters: Linda Minie and Sandra Rohan of Agawam and Mary Helberg of Springfield and special cousin Judy who was like a sister to him, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
