Wilbraham – Rachel B. Paquette, 95, passed away on December 6, 2017 at Baystate Wing Hospital. Born in Ware, MA on June 23, 1922 to Wesley and Beatrice (Morin) Butler, she retired from Mass Mutual.
Being a “kid at heart”, her life was devoted to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed bird watching and visiting Maine. Predeceased by her husband Joseph, her brother Donald and her sister Phyllis, she leaves her loving family, Mark Paquette (Francine) of Ware, Neil Paquette (Peggy) of TN, Donna Bartlett of Wilbraham, Shirley Stanuch and Jean Goodreau, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation for family will be held on December 10, 2017 from 11 AM – 1 PM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA. Family will gather at the funeral center at 10 AM on December 12, 2017 and proceed to St. Aloysius Cemetery for burial. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
