Peter J. Randall

Springfield-Peter J. Randall, 70, died July 26, 2009 at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital. Born in Mapleton, ME to the late Ellery and Opal (Sinclair) Randall, he lived in Connecticut and Maine before moving to Springfield thirty-seven years ago. He was an engineer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Peter loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Earlon Randall in 1993, three brothers and two sisters. He leaves his wife, Lorainne (Gagnon) Randall; four children: Eugene P. Randall and his wife, Tina, of East Longmeadow, Allison Heon of Wilbraham, Amy Randall and her partner, Nelson Brothers, of Ludlow and Janet Frame and her husband, Alan, of Wilbraham; two sisters, Gail Carlson and her husband, Warren, of Presque Isle, ME and Charlotte Turner and her husband, Earl of Mapleton, ME; eleven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter and many other extended family members. Private services were held on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, P.O.
