Patricia A. Connor, 85, passed away at home on January 16, 2021 with her family at her side.
Born in West Springfield, MA on October 12, 1935 to Antonio and Theresa (Faletto) Pizzimenti, she was employed as a payroll accountant at Springfield College for many years.
Her hobbies included cooking, playing cards, visits to the casino, socializing with fellow retirees at the monthly Springfield College luncheons and walking in Forest Park.
Pre-deceased by her husband John W. Connor Jr., she leaves her son John W. Connor III and his wife Patricia Parent of Springfield, her daughter Sandra Connor-Misiun and her husband Terry Misiun of Sunderland, grandson Brody Misiun, step-grandchildren: Anthony Douillard, Christel Parent and Stephanie Parent and her twin sisters: Joan Gabinetti of Southwick and Jean Ploplis and her husband Joseph of Dayton, OH. She was predeceased by siblings John, Joseph, Carmela, Angelina, Yolanda and Florence.
Private funeral services for family were held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 beginning at 9AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA., proceeding to the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery for committal services at 11AM where she joined her husband who was interred in 2017.
