Patricia R. (Illingsworth) Chilson, 80, passed away on January 3, 2023.
A lifelong Springfield, MA resident, she was born on June 29, 1942, a daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Kurtyka) Illingsworth.
Pat was a cashier at Pet Supplies Plus for many years and always loved animals, especially her cats and leaves many grandpets. She had a reputation of always putting others first especially her family.
She is survived by her daughters: Lisa Ashline and Deborah Marier, both of Springfield, MA and also leaves her niece Melinda Brodecki, her goddaughter Maryanne Brown, sister-in-law Karen Illingsworth and special friends Normand Letendre and Donna Mitchell.
She was predeceased by her brother Raymond Illingsworth and her former husband Alan R. Chilson.
Relatives and friends are requested to gather at 11:30AM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
