Springfield – Pamela A. (Plouffe) Pamaylaon, 76, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019.
She was born in Holyoke on February 17, 1943, a daughter of the late Norman and Bertha (Kirby) Plouffe.
She attended local schools and was previously employed as a manager for many years at Honey Dew Donuts at the Ludlow West Turnpike Plaza and later part time at Arnold’s Meats.
She leaves her husband Douglas S. Pamaylaon, her sons, Aaron Pamaylaon (Christine) of Aiea, Hawaii, James of Holyoke, and two daughters, Kim Palatino (Mark) of Indian Orchard and Nadine Ferber (Timothy) of Kaimuki, Hawaii. She also leaves one sister, Dorothy Causeway of Virginia, twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Norma O’Clair.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA from 6 – 8PM. Funeral services are on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 9:30AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, proceeding to Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11AM.
