Norman R. Little

Norman R. Little, 92, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, passed away on October 24, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield on February 10, 1931, a son of the late Leslie and Irene (Simard) Little, Norman served in the US Army in the Korean War. He was a machine operator for 39 years at American Saw. His family brought him joy at gatherings. He was always first in line for all family games. “Storman” Norman loved his family especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren. In his leisure he enjoyed working outdoors and keeping tabs on Boston sports. He will forever be remembered as Mr. Clean. He was happily married to his beloved late wife Rita (Nadeau) Little for sixty years. He is predeceased by three brothers: Leslie Little, Jack Little and Barry Little and two sisters: Patricia Siano and Carol Monte. He leaves three children, Linda Yezewski and husband Walter Yezewski of Somers, Ct., Alan Little, and Ann Marie Fosberg and husband Douglas Fosberg Jr. of Wilbraham, Ma; three grandchildren: Nicole Fosberg, Zachary Fosberg and Erika and husband Kevin Relihan; great grandchildren: Rosalie, Amelia and Sabrina Relihan, and his sister Barbara Davenport. A period of visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 9:00AM to 10:00AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA. Inurnment with military honors will follow at 11:00AM in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery. Please visit Norman’s memorial page at www.nefcc.net for expressions of sympathy.
