Ludlow, MA-Nancy M. (Peets) Nadeau, 73, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her beloved family on October 4th 2017.
She was born in Springfield, MA to the late Edward and Rose Peets on October 28, 1943. Her life work consisted of serving others, most recently as a caretaker for St. Cecilia’s rectory, in Wilbraham, MA.
Nancy is survived by her devoted family- husband Harold, daughters; Laurie Nadeau-Stout and husband Sean, Lisa Maynard and husband Dave, Tina Nadeau and partner Tanya. The light of her life were her granddaughters, Taylor and Alyssa Stout, Autumn and Hannah Maynard. Followed by her faithful dog companion Spunky. She also leaves her sister Judith Wheelock of Ct, and brother Edward Peets of ME, and was predeceased by siblings- Mildred, Richard, Joan, and Lorraine.
She will be sadly missed by a multitude of friends. Nancy loved to talk, laugh, dance and help people. With that in mind, in lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, or Baystate VNA and Hospice.
To celebrate her life, please join her loved ones at St. Cecilia’s Church, 42 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA on October 10, 2017. Visitation will take place at 10am with a celebratory mass at 11AM.
