HATFIELD - Nancy M. Meister, 70, passed away on June 8, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center.
Born in Malden, MA on February 7, 1947 to Arthur and Helen (O’Keefe Meister), she was a graduate of Tufts University and worked for many years in the Amherst schools. She was very proud of her Irish heritage. Predeceased by her parents and cousin Marcia Byrne, she leaves her brother Arthur Meister Jr. and his wife Ellen, and cousins Maureen Sinacola, Barbara Quinn, J. Paul O’Keefe, Peter O’Keefe, Joan McCready, Elizabeth Hudson, Kate Olson, Richard Halloran and Stephen Collins.
A service will be held on June 17, 2017 at 11:15 AM meeting in the office at Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree, MA. A reception will follow at the Meister residence, 24 Oliver Street, Randolph, MA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Stroke Foundation.
