Michael K. Perry, 69, passed away on December 21, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center. He was a retired 34-year Springfield, MA police officer and a Sergeant for 25 years. His hobbies included fishing, traveling and time spent with his family. He was born in Springfield on June 11, 1951 to the late Willie and Marandy (Lewis) Perry.
He leaves his beloved wife Sharon (Pearson) Perry, sons Sean Parker (Angela) of Wake Forest, NC, Michael Parker of Garner, NC; daughter Mariesha Perry of Springfield; brothers: James Perry (Sarah), Morris Perry; sisters Marie Perry, Bobbie Carthon (Richard) and Judy Frazier (Frank) and grandchildren: Iana, Alanna, Trinity, Andre, Marquez and Brianna, along with a host of family and friends.
He was predeceased by his brothers: Wallace Perry and Lewis Perry.
A memorial service will be held at a later time. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA has been entrusted with the arrangements. Visit www.nefcc.net
