He was born in Holyoke, MA on February 13, 1960 to the late Joseph E. and Lillian R. (Talbot) Goulet. He was also pre-deceased by his and his brothers Robert R. Goulet and Norman G. Goulet.
He is survived by his nephew Norman R. Goulet and two nieces Melissa Goulet and Mandy Goulet, all of Chicopee.
