WEST SPRINGFIELD - Maureen A. Siepietowski, 75, passed away on May 1, 2016. Born in Melrose on September 29, 1940 to the late Earl and Helen Chase, she was a longtime West Springfield resident, retiring from the West Springfield Transportation Department as a bus driver.
Predeceased by her sister Judith Russell, she leaves her son Joseph Siepietowski and his wife Tiffany of Westerly, RI; brother Wayne Chase of VT; grandchildren Brendan, Danielle and Devin and great grandson Roman.
