LUDLOW-Mary A. Patullo, 87, died August 29, 2011 in Chicopee. Born on August 21, 1924 in Dundee, Scotland to the late George and Mary Dolan, she retired from CPC Rexcel after 35 years of service. While there she became a lead floor girl in her department and then worked her way up to printing plate technician. She was a member of the Ludlow Senior Center, where she enjoyed ceramics, line dancing and senior bus trips. She helped people in any way she could. For many years she vacationed at York Beach, Maine. She was fond of watching British comedy every Sunday on PBS. Her memberships included the Women’s Scottish Clan at the Masonic Hall in Ludlow, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and the former St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Ludlow. Predeceased by her parents, she leaves her sons: George Patullo and his wife, Anita of Belchertown, MA and Thomas Patullo of Ludlow, MA. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 123 Hubbard St., Ludlow. In accordance with Mrs. Patullo’s wishes her cremated remains will be buried in her native homeland of Scotland. Memorial contributions may be made to Dementia Care Foundation, 69531 213th St., Darwin, MN 55324-6602 or The Glaucoma Foundation, 80 Maiden Lane, Suite 700, New York, New York 10038.
