Mary Lou Furtek

PALMER – Mary Lou Furtek, 49, died suddenly on October 17, 2015 at Baystate Medical Center. Born on September 16, 1966 in Holyoke, MA, she was a lifelong area resident. Predeceased by her father Therman Andrews, she leaves her mother Eileen Mackiewicz of NC; son Mathiue Furtek; daughter Marissa Furtek and grandson Cayden Abert all of Chicopee; her siblings Michael Andrews of MN, Wayne Andrews of NC, Arlene Phaneuf of Milford, CT, Julie Davila of CA and Maureen and Susan Andrews of NC. She also leaves her fiancé Alan Lazarz of Bondsville and his loving family: mother Shirley Lazarz and her late husband Albert; his siblings Robert, Michael, Albert, Patricia and Laurie; his grandchildren and many other family members.A memorial brunch will be held on October 23, 2015 at 11 AM at The Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA.
