Mary Chlastawa

WESTFIELD-Mary Chlastawa, 77, died June 2, 2012 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Born on June 17, 1934 in Tewksbury, MA she enjoyed going out for coffee and especially taking her grandchildren to lunch at Friendly’s. Predeceased by her parents and her son, Mark J. Chlastawa, she is survived by her husband of 58 years, Walter J. Chlastawa of Westfield, MA; son, Walter M. Chlastawa and his wife, Karen of West Springfield, MA; daughters, Jean M. Chlastawa and her partner, Sue Griesemer of Falls Church, VA and Laura Kellogg and her husband, Bruce of Westfield, MA; grandchildren: Jennifer, Ryan, Kevin, Alex and Sofia; great grandchildren: Stephanie, Sarah, Brandon, Kayla, Julie, Amberlynn and Kevin; Peggy Chlastawa and Ronnie Lamb and many other family members. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 3:00-3:45 PM with a Memorial Service at 3:45 PM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill St., Springfield, MA.
