Marion Efantis, 81, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2020.
Born January 3, 1939, in Agawam, MA, she is predeceased by her parents, Sadie and Albert Utzinger of Agawam, MA.
Marion was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, homemaker and longtime resident of Springfield, Massachusetts. She loved to cook, tend to the plants and flowers in her garden, as well as her numerous pets over the years.
Marion is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane (Efantis) and Carlos Negron of Springfield, MA, daughter, Sharon (Efantis) Torres of West Springfield, MA, son Albert Efantis of East Longmeadow, MA, and daughter and son-in-law Louise (Efantis) and Curtis Nelson of Haymarket, VA. She is also survived by her seven granddaughters: Sabrina Allen, Wendy Peresz, Melissa Phillips, Natalie Negron, Charlene Negron, Shelby Pulyado White, Nicole Pulyado and two great-grandchildren: Camden Phillips and Della White.
Lastly, Marion is survived by her pet Cockatiel, Gumdrop.
A private service will be held by the family in East Longmeadow, MA to honor and celebrate her life.
