Lucien A. Paquette

SPRINGFIELD-Lucien A. Paquette, 87, died September 18, 2011 at Baystate Medical Center. Born on November 18, 1923 in Barton, VT to the late Pheliza and Marie (Lauzon) Paquette, he had retired from Savage Arms. Lucien proudly served his country in the Army Air Corps during WW II. Predeceased by his parents, he leaves his loving wife of 60 years, Carmen (Sweeney) Paquette of Springfield, his daughter, Debra Cassidy and her husband, Kevin of Manchester, CT, his son, Daniel Paquette and his wife, Laura of Northfield, VT, five grandchildren: Patrick, Kelly and Matthew Paquette and Sean and Bethany Terry; two step grandchildren: Matthew and Colin Cassidy; and one great grandchild, Skylar Terzi. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday at Mary Mother of Hope Church, Springfield, MA. Burial will follow in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery in Chicopee, MA.
