Leonne Boisvert

Chicopee-Leonne (Marcil) Boisvert, 88, died July 21, 2009 at home. She was born in Chambly, Canada and was a Chicopee resident since 1946. She was predeceased by her husband, Ubald Boisvert in 1976; a son-in-law, Robert DeAngelis in 2000 and eight siblings.

She leaves three daughters: Diane DeAngelis of Chicopee, Muriel Windyka and her husband, Kenneth, of Chicopee and Ginette Desrosiers and her husband, David, of Granby; a sister, Marie Marcil of Canada; four grandchildren: Pamela Isham, Sara Durand, Tamara and Timothy Desrosiers and five great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Leonne’s life on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill St., Springfield followed by a funeral center service at 11:00 a.m. Burial immediately following at St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, Chicopee.
