Lee Charles Gauthier

Lee C. Gauthier, 67, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Lee was born in Springfield to the late Donald P. Gauthier and the late Shirley J. Gauthier. Lee worked in the concrete business when he moved back to Springfield from Florida in the 1980’s, a business he learned while down south. It’s a business he worked at for most of his adult life. Lee loved tromping around in the woods, winter or summer. He particularly grew to love snowshoeing. He loved being out in nature.  He also loved music and played with several area groups.

Lee was predeceased by both parents and a brother Richard. He leaves two siblings, brothers Donald and James as well as a nephew Jason Gauthier and his wife Jessica, their two children Jackson and Bryson. He also leaves his niece Heather Wilkman Jones and her husband C.J. and their two children Ariela and Anthony. Lee was a very active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and leaves many friends and acquaintances he helped with their sobriety.

Due to the COVID virus a memorial will be held at a date to be announced in the future.
