Lassiter J. Parsons

Lassiter J. Parsons died peacefully at the West Haven VA Hospital in CT on December 6, 2013 at the age of 63. He was born in New Britain, CT and he was a veteran of the United States Navy from 1969 – 1971. He was a resident of the Beaven Kelly Rest Home in Holyoke where they took exceptional care of him. He was known for his gentle ways, love of sports and the many friends he had at the home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 beginning at 12:00 noon at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill St., Springfield with a service at 1:00 pm. Burial with full Military Honors will follow in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, MA at 2:00 pm. For more information visit www.nefcc.net
