Kimberly A. Tougas

Chicopee - Kimberly Ann Tougas passed suddenly into the arms of the angels on November 19, 2017.
Kimberly was born in Holyoke on May 7, 1963 and is survived by her mother Joyce Tougas of Holyoke and father Eugene Tougas of Chicopee.
She was educated in Holyoke School System but graduated high school at South Hadley. After graduating she became a SGT with the United States Air Force. She was an active member of the reserves for eighteen years followed by 20 years as a civilian secretary at Westover Air Force Base.
Kim enjoyed sports. She was an avid golfer. She played on many baseball and softball teams. She adored her beloved precious cats Jemo and the late Bevis. She loved spending time with family and friends.
Kim leaves her beloved sister Jacqueline Boileau, brother in law Tom, and her niece Amanda and nephew Corey of West Springfield. She is also survived by her brother Gregory, her sister in law Tracy, and nephew Quinn of Texas. She leaves behind another brother Eugene “Butchie” Tougas, sister in law Christine and nieces Jennifer and Lauren of Newington CT. She leaves behind extended family and friends.
May Kimberly rest in eternal peace with the angels in heaven and her life continue to be a shining star for others to be guided.

Funeral services were held on December 8, 2017 at 8:45 AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA, followed by a procession to the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery for burial with military honors. www.nefcc.net
