Springfield – Judith A. (Cotter) Bonavita, 80, passed away in a local nursing home on Friday, March 2, 2018.
A lifelong Springfield resident, she was born on August 31, 1937, the daughter of the late Leonard and Vera (Bondi) Cotter. A graduate of Springfield Technical High School, she was a medical billing clerk for local doctors.
She was predeceased by her husband Augustino P. Bonavita, her son Christopher Bonavita, and a sister Kathleen.
She leaves her brother, Leonard and his wife Patricia of KY, and many extended family members and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet on Friday, March 9, 2018 at St. Paul’s Church, 235 Dwight Road, Springfield, MA for an 11AM Liturgy of Christian Burial. Burial will be private.
