Joseph Chouinard, of Springfield, Massachusetts died on August 7, 2009 at the age of eighty seven in Kindred Hospital

He leaves his son and daughter, John Chouinard of Springfield and Carolyn Chouinard of Northampton. Arrangements have been entrusted to New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC.
