John M. Brodecki

SPRINGFIELD - John Brodecki, 76, of Springfield, MA passed away on May 14, 2015 with his devoted family at his side. John was the son of the late John and Victoria (Czyzewski) Brodecki. He was predeceased by his wife Sandra (Tavernier) Brodecki in 1998.

He leaves his loving daughters Tammy Laselle and her husband Richard of Springfield, MA Debra Duncan and her husband David of Hampden, MA and Suzanne St. Germain and her husband Dwayne (Bud) of Ludlow, MA. Also Papa John's pride and joy, his grandchildren Melisa Gorski and her husband Steven, Christine Duncan and Karen Duncan along with his great grandchildren Mackenzie and Sylas Gorski, Lawrence Duncan and Keira Leclair.

We ask that you take a moment and remember a special time spent with our Dad and smile, then honor him with an act of kindness toward someone in need. Our time here is limited so spend each moment caring, appreciating and making a difference to those around you. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Asik, Helen NP, Pam RN, Tricia RN, Molly RN, Ann RN of the oncology clinic along with all the caring staff at the D'Amour Center whose knowledge, compassion and words of encouragement will never be forgotten.
A special big hug goes out to Susan RN from Baystate Hospice for her kindness and ability to bring a smile to our Dad's face with every visit.

Services with military honors will be held at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery and are private at the family’s request. New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA is entrusted with the arrangements. Visit www.nefcc.net
