Jodi Ann Paroli

HOLYOKE – Jodi Ann Paroli, died suddenly on January 8, 2012. Born on September 15, 1961 in Springfield, MA to the late Angelo J. and Lucy (Cardaropoli) Paroli, she was a graduate of Springfield Technical Community College majoring in Accounting. She was employed by the Urban League of Springfield for four years, but most of all she was devoted to her family. She leaves her sons, George Scheibel of Easthampton and Jonathan Boire of Springfield; her siblings, Michael Paroli of AZ, Mark Paroli of Chicopee, Peter Paroli of Holyoke and Diane Peterson of AZ; and her grandson, Nicholas Scheibel. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 9:30AM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, LLC 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA proceeding to St. Catherine of Siena Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:30AM.
