East Longmeadow – Joan F. (Magnani) Ratkiewicz, 73, passed away on September 12, 2017 in a local nursing home.
She was a seventeen-year Port St. Lucie, FL resident, currently residing in East Longmeadow. She was born in Holyoke on December 21, 1943, a daughter of the late John and Doris (Peloquin) Magnani. She attended local schools and was previously employed as a home health aide. She enjoyed taking long walks and will be missed by her canine companion, Max.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Nancy) of DE, Robert (Tracy) of FL, and Michael (Christina) Ratkiewicz of Wilbraham, her sister, Debra Webb of FL; grandchildren, Dominick, Peyton, and Zachary. She was predeceased by her brother, Paul Magnani.
