Born in Holyoke on June 26, 1959 to the late Edmond J. and Mildred (Saluk) Berger, he was a lifelong resident of Chicopee, Massachusetts and attended local schools. Jeffrey was a hair stylist and owner of Haircuttecs in West Springfield.
Predeceased by his parents and brother Alan Berger, he is survived by his two brothers: Robert Berger (Pauline) of Granby, MA and James Berger and his partner Bob Farman of Chicopee, MA and nieces and nephews.
