SPRINGFIELD-James L. Balise died March 15, 2011. Born on December 26, 1937 he had worked as a machinist at Cape Well in Hartford. He leaves his twin brother, Bernard Balise, of Springfield; daughter, Angela Balise, and granddaughter, Amber, of Hartford. He was predeceased by his mother, Blanche Balise. Services are private.
