Jacqueline Castellanos

Jacqueline Castellanos, 62, of Springfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026. She was born on March 28, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Adaglisa Núñez de Castellanos and Rafael Castellanos. Jacqueline dedicated her career to serving others, working as a social worker until her retirement. A deeply spiritual woman, she was known for her vibrant personality and was truly the life of the party. Above all, Jacqueline will be remembered for her unwavering compassion and for always being there for others in their time of need. She was predeceased by her beloved mother, Adaglisa Núñez de Castellanos. Jacqueline is survived by her loving children, Nancy Cruz, Jose Cruz, and Lydia Crespo; her brother, Ralph Castellanos; her sisters, Brenda Liz Camacho and Jenny Castellanos; and her cherished grandchildren, Ivan, Ada, Eli, and Jacqueline, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her beloved fur babies, Titus and Pepper. A viewing to celebrate Jacqueline’s life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at New England Funeral & Cremation Center, 25 Mill Street, Springfield, MA.
